Preparing the Foundation
Getting things in order
Just wanted you to know that things are moving forward as we prepare to share the official launch of our “Sewing For a Smile” campaign along with some other cool things. Here is a sneak peek of the website hub I’ve been working on to make it easier to get to all of the things.
And just in case you need a reminder this week. You can only carry a baby for so long. At some point you will experience labor and delivery providing things progressed without complications.
The longer you carry a baby, the heavier it gets. You might feel uncomfortable and eager for the waiting season to conclude. This discomfort is a natural part of the biological and spiritual process. It signals that you are getting closer to your due date.
In our walk with the Lord, the exact length of our term rests in His wisdom. We carry the assignments and ideas we have been designed to birth while trusting His calendar. God is an excellent time keeper. He knows exactly how much time is required for your promise to develop fully. He uses the waiting period to prepare us to hold the very thing He is about to release.
We see this in the life of Jesus. He spent thirty years in quiet preparation. His public ministry lasted three years. He spent three decades growing in wisdom and stature to prepare for His ultimate assignment. The long years of unseen obedience equipped Him for a concentrated season of impact. We can trust that our own seasons of hidden growth are equipping us in the same way.
Continue to nurture what He planted and gather your strength, dear friends. Your season of delivery is approaching. Will you be ready to push when He says its time?
God bless you and I’ll see you next time if it be the Lord’s will.
